Program Overview

Goal

To give early-career developers meaningful, real-world experience through paid, structured internships with teams building in the Sui and Walrus ecosystems.

Our aim is to help you apply your skills, learn directly from experienced builders, and contribute to impactful projects.

Structure

• 3-month, fixed-term internship
• Work directly with approved Sui or Walrus ecosystem teams
• Companies provide mentorship, onboarding, and clear project scope
• Interns may be remotely or onsite, depending on the company </aside>

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the LAUNCH Career Program, you must meet at least one of the following:

• Winner or participant of Sui Overflow 2024/2025 or Walrus hackathons
• Graduate of a Sui bootcamp (e.g.,Thessaloniki, Lisbon, etc.)
• Accepted into a Sui Incubator (e.g., Hydropower, SuiHub)
• Member or referral from First Movers / Dev Ambassadors
• Demonstrated meaningful contributions to the Sui or Walrus ecosystem. </aside>

Internship Flow

1. Apply to Open Roles

   • Review the available internship listings.

   • Submit your application using the Internship Application Form (https://forms.gle/CFaNA2aW3fzdM36v6)

   • You will be matched with roles that fit your background and interests

2. Selection Process
   • Shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly by the hiring company.
   • You may be asked to complete an interview or a short follow-up task.
   • Once selected, you will receive onboarding materials from the company.
3. Internship Experience
   • Work directly with an approved Sui/Walrus ecosystem team for at least 3 months.
   • Receive mentorship, project guidance, and hands-on experience.
4. Evaluation & Feedback
   • At the end of the internship, both you and the company complete a short evaluation.
   • Feedback helps improve future LAUNCH Career cohorts and supports your growth within our ecosystem. </aside>

Evaluation Criteria

At the end of the internship, both the intern and the company will complete short evaluation forms. These help measure progress, capture feedback, and shape future LAUNCH Career programs.
